ToS applies to new owner.I retain all copyrights over my work. Including the right to post, use, or promote it, in my portfolio, as well as on social media.Client can request that I do not post their commission to social media.Client is not permitted to use any of my work, purchased or otherwise to train, validate, or test any artificial intelligence or neural network. This includes creating AI artwork from my work.Client is not permitted to use any of my work, purchased or otherwise in blockchain-related technology, including NFT’s and cryptocurrency.I reserve the right to decline or cancel the commission at any time, for any reason without question. This includes harassment, aggressive, or abusive behavior.In Regards to emotesThe terms above apply to emotes, however, when purchasing an emote you are buying the exclusive right to use this design, solely as an emote for the streaming service of your choice, or discord. If you would like to use this design for merchandise we can renegotiate terms. This may require new fees.PaymentsAll pricing is in USD. Payment will be upfront and done through Ko-Fi.RefundsPlease contact me directly for refunds or cancellations.Due to outside fees, such as paypal fees, I will not be able to issue a full refund.A 50% refund is given if cancellation occurs after the initial sketch.No Refunds will be given after the line-art phase begins.Do not issue a chargeback for any reason. If there are questions, concerns, or issues, please contact me directly.ResellingClient cannot resell art above original price. For example, if client purchased a commission for $15, it cannot be resold above $15.ProcessI will work with you through the design / rough sketch phase. If possible bring references for character(s), pose, clothing, color palettes, ect. Here you can request any changes or adjustments before I move on to the line-art phase. From here you can request three minor adjustments.
